Gta 5 / V low fps

guys i have a phenom ii x4 b95 3ghz 8gb ram and gtx 750 ti i,ve had issue with gta 5 that when i install mods like car mods or any thing else after that textures start to disappear without mods ther,s no issue i want mods also so tell me a solution help .......

Upgrade your pc , get the graphic settings lower , there is the only way

i,ve also seen people with low end pc,s running mods without issues ... lowering settings dont work

1. Peform fresh installation of your GTA V.
2. Apply the mod again, try to follow instruction step by step.
3. Clean your cpu, gpu, add new thermal paste.
4. Upgrade your card if none of them work, 750ti is outdated which you can sell it for about 70-100$ and invest extra bucks to new card.

i,ve set gta 5 priority to high and it fixed the problem so can anyone tell how to permanently set priority to high and i,m using windows 8.1 is there any solution please tell me i dont wanna set priority to high every time
