GTA: SA mobile won't transfer on IOS?

So, I used to have GTA: SA for my iPad mini, but now I want to have it on my iPhone. All my other apps transferred, GTA SA is the only one that didn't. Any solutions, or is it not possible? Any replies are appreciated P.S: To clarify, I am on the same apple account for both devices.

That's really strange, actually... It should work, I've transferred GTA SA from iPad to my iPhone with no problem...
