With intel hd graphic 4000
Total available graphics memory is 4292 and dedicated video memory is 2560 and shared system memory is 1732
Cpu is i5 3210M 2/5 GHz
RAM is 4 GB

Your graphics solution is woefully under powered and likely takes up too much system memory.
