If your laptop has a 720p display or close, then sure it's okay. For any display resolution higher than that, you're screwed. Also, 4 GB is on the very low end for RAM, it will hamper your settings for most modern games.

It should be good on low due to the ram. If you upgrade it to 8gigs them med settings should be no problem.
