GTX 750ti OC Edition

I recently heard that MSI GTX 750ti OC Edition is a bit larger in size. Will it fit in Gigabyte F2A55M-S1 motherboard?
Or Should I go for the normal Edition?

The slot connection is the same size, even if the board on the card is bigger, the only concern would be if there wasn't enough clearance in your case for a longer card.

It should fit just fine. It is not as long as a motherboard is wide.

Do I need to connect PSU to it?
I have a 600 watt PSU.
My PCIE x16 slot is blocked by other wires.Will remove them after i get the card
