H P notebook isn't charging even with a new battery and power supply

Internal power on HP notebook is not working even with we battery nd power cord. Went to 7% power and quit, even though lugged in. Is there a way to replace the internal power connection, or is it the mother board?

Have you tried a different wall outlet? I think you may have a damaged DC jack does it feel loose at all?

If it does the DC jack will need to be replaced.
