h440 no optical drive

my question is how would i be able to get to install the windows 7 os disk with out the optical drive?

I know that you can also use a usb with windows on it but I don't no how to do that and I also don't know where or how to get one of those.

You can use and external cd/dvd drive, or if you have a computer that runs windows you can copy the cd to usb using that. Here are the instructions on how to do it using another computer.
