Had my mobile stolen. Please HELP!

I had my Android phone stolen in a foreign country. I do not have any antitheft applications downloaded nor my GPS is on. Is there any chance that I can track down my device?

Nope, i would suggest calling your carrier ASAP before they start running up the bill though.
