Had some problems, looking for a good diagnostic program

So I had a virus about a week ago that wrecked my computer. I used combofix, malwarebites, and ccleaner to pretty much get rid of all the malware and viruses.

Everything seems to be fine, but at times my CPU usage will rise really high for a little bit and when I play graphic intensive games it seems like there is some frame-skipping that I haven't seen before.

I'm wondering if there is some sort of program that could give me information about how all my pieces of hardware are performing and whether they are at the right level or not. I'm just looking for a way to figure out whether my CPU, GPU and hard drive are all working correctly and for some sort of standard to compare them to.
