It is an RCA 10 Viking Pro with detachable keyboard

either the lcd is crapping out or the ribbon cable from the screen to the motherboard is not making a good connection in the ribbon connector on the motherboard. can try reseating that cable into the connector but will have to partial disassemble the tablet which you would have to do if replacing the screen.
