hallo, how can i use my serial number for hp pavilion to track my laptop

my laptop was stolen yesternight and i have a suspect but cant find a way to proof him

You can't track it with a serial number. Just make sure to include it in the police report. You would have needed a software like lojock installed to be able to track it.
