HanDBase freezing up

Had HanDBase loaded on iPAQ 2215 for 3 or 4 months and ran
fine but did a hard restart and now everytime I open
handbase databases up they freeze. This is the only 3rd
party software installed on the pocket pc, I have been in
touch with the maker of the program but they gave up on me
saying its microsoft problem not theirs. Any help would be
nice.

I had that happen to me. I uninstalled HanDBase and then reinstalled it.
Works fine now. My hard reset came after a battery problem.
