Solved! hang problem in lenovo laptop

while I am just only listening music on my newly bought lenovo ideapad 320 laptop my laptop stop playing music suddenly and my stopped responsing..my laptop windows is 10.what should I do now??

Did you have to restart it to get it working? It sounds to me like you may have an driver conflict of some sort. We can try to troubleshoot it, but it is usually not worth the effort on a new laptop. It should work right out of the box, especially just playing music. I would return it for one that works.

I have to forcefully shut down my laptop. and after a few minutes I start it but again hang occured while playing music.I troubleshoot it,but no problem found.
