I am happy. 250GB ~80hrs. I watched 1/2 hour of 'Empire of the Sun' this
morning, put it on pause, and watched the rest tonight. Being a 'TV
Babe', I would have to admit that I enjoyed watching Star Trek TOS in
black and white for many years, so my conclusion is that ReplayTV is the
best invention since Star Trek!

Having a DVR (I own a few TiVos) really changed the way I watch TV.
Last night I was watching Modern Marvels, but I was nodding off
because I was exhausted. So after nodding off and missing a bit I
went back, paused it, and went to bed. Then I watched the rest this
morning.

When I'm travelling I have trouble watching TV in hotels because I
find the ads, and surfing, too annoying.

I'll preach the value of DVRs to anyone I can make listen, and I've
sold TiVo to a number of people I know. And they all end up the same
way, trying to get their friends to buy one.
