hard disk reconstruction

Hello,I performed a LG recovery on my E310 laptop,but unfortunatly didnt do a backup...
is it possible to recover anything from the hard disk??

If you did a recovery from a recovery disk dont think so, if you did system restore you might be able to restore it before you did the restore to get those files back. I would try this see if its works.
