Hard drive swap

I just swapped a hard drive from one Dell 7700 AIO (Windows 10 Pro) with a hard drive from an exact duplicate Dell 7700 AIO but after booting, the machine started the traditional setup for an OEM Windows 10 Setup. I should have cloned the drives but I've never had to worry about going from one machine to another, especially between exact machines. I know OOBE is different but this is an OEM version of Windows 10. Any ideas?
