Hard reset does not work anymore

Hard reset does not work on Samsung omnia 2 what am I going to do and I need to reset my phone because its running slow. I always do the hard reset but instead my phone keeps turning on instead of having the little restart icons on the screen..it just simply turns on...and I need my phone running fast. And how much times must we use the hard reset anyway.....? But I need to reset my phone what can I do...help me plzzz

did you try to remove the battery and the sim card ,and put them in again .

No not really I will try again and see because I need to get my phone up running fast

It does not reset a all. I've tried the volume up...lock key....dial....and end key and it does not reset what else can I try...

that is the only way i know you have to see the service provider .
