Solved! Hardware to hotpot when my cell phone is unavailable?

I have unlimited hotspot data (or at least I will never come close to the throttle down usage). I need to take my cell phone with me out of state but have my house sitter be able to use the internet and stream TV. Can I use a Netgear LTE modem router? Netgear Orbi

Sure you can use a LTE router, but you need to set up the SIM card in it with whatever service provider you are using.
