Hardwere problem on my lapi

I want to know that my warranty over already and now now pc takes much for starting and also problems of battery run time how to resolve this.
Please show me way fast.

I have facing show many problem by this type of service .
This is very bad thing that your company produce this type product that does not give full expectation to your customer.

So Please I request you to give me good help and response to solve my issues.
