Only one side works with bluetooth connection, both sides fine with a wired connection.

Have you tried using the Bluetooth ones on a different device to see if you get the same problem?

Tried my phone (android), wifes iPhone and PC, all have the same outcome

If all of them will only allow the Bluetooth headset to work from one ear only, then there is something wrong with the headset.

If you just bought it, I would be returning it and getting them to either replace them with another pair or buy a different brand.

They were a christmas present from the US and I don't have the receipt. I have contacted HK here and lets see where that goes
