Harman Kardon Soundsticks III connection to multiple sources

Hi!

I have purchased some Harman Kardon Soundsticks iii's and I wanted to connect it to my Sharp 50" tv and to a Miccus mini bluetooth adapter so that I can play music wirelessly from my android phone. The speaker system only has 1x 3.5mm jack input. Can I just use a standard 3.5mm splitter (2 female connections to 1 male connection) to connect both so that when I want to use the tv with the speakers, I dont have to unplug my bluetooth adapter and vice versa?

provided you never have both devices on at the same time, sure that will work.

otherwise, use a 3.5mm switch box to pick between the inputs.
