Has my email security been compromised?

Hi, so 2 times in the past 2 days I have gotten an email, that says its from me, that is an bovious scam. When I scroll my mouse over it gmail says (this may not be (insert my email)). I check my sent boxes and luckily it says they have only been sent from me to me. But I am worried that someone has access to it and will send it to all my contacts. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks for any help
