I have 2 trac phones the old phone is un registered Motorola, the new phone also a trac phone is a alcatel one touch,but is registered. neather are smart phones , I want to transfer the pictures from the old phone to the new one , how do you do it

Connect phone to computer, copy pics from it to computer. Connect other phone to computer, copy pics to it.

You can also email them to yourself if the phones can email.

I tried that but the computer says I need a wps code, its not in the phone ,

That is only for wireless, not sure why you'd need that to connect it to a computer. Or do you mean about trying to email it using WiFi? You don't need WPS for that, you can just enter your WiFi password in the phone options.
