LisaMG :
Cousin took vacation photos on his Samsung tablet and he doesn't know how to share/forward them to my Galaxy s5
Greetings Lisa:
If your cousin's device is near you (i.e. in the house), he can share with Bluetooth or WLAN (requires WiFi). If the device is far away, he needs to use e-mail or text. Alternatively, he can upload to cloud-based storage services such as DropBox or OneDrive, but this will involve exchanging password details.
Tell your cousin to open the
Google Photos app and select the pictures or folders to be shared. Click the
Share icon to see a range of apps that will enable him to send the pictures from the tablet to the smartphone. Pick the relevant app and follow the instructions. Make sure to activate the transfer type (e.g. WiFi or Bluetooth) on both devices.
Best of luck,
GreyCatz.
