Having fallen down, Laptop shuts down automatically after about 15 sec

after falling down, my laptop is damaged heavily, just help me figure out what could possibly be the cause why it is shutdown automatically after 15secs

I think the #1 suspect is a cooling heatsink problem causing an overheat.

What are the actual symptoms just prior to shut down? Is the laptop attempting to boot into Windows?

I searched on the web and one more obvious reason is the power section on the mainboard may be hurted

I removed the hard drive because it stopped working, so I think the problem is not at Operating system.
