HDD and SSD Mixup... I really screwed up and need some help!!!

I have a Lenovo y700 laptop that came with 1TB of HDD and like 20-30 Gigs of fast-boot SSD for the OS so it could boot fast... not a cache, a whole different drive... and I kinda screwed stuff up. I deleted all partitions trying to add to the fast-boot SSD drive for some reason... and now it says the fast-boot drive is a hard-drive, so I think I messed up which gigs are what... I need help sorting them back out!!! I want to be able to just purely have my two drives separate and locatable... basically I have 2 mixed up partitions... when I just want two separate drives... the 1TB HDD and the Fast-boot SSD... The OS is on the HDD and on of the reasons I started deleting the partitions it came with and putting it into the SSD was so that I could move it to the fast-boot. Help!!

Did the machine come with recovery disks? If not, can you contact Lenovo and try to get them? It may be simplest at this point to offload your files and do a restore. Your description is not very clear.
