Acer hdd causing problems, cannot fix or clone.

hdd fails seatools, multiple tests and fixes

Error 22 when attempting macrium reflect clone to a brand new ssd

Error 1117 when attempting backup image in rescue environment both to new partition and to the ssd.

I don't know what to do to save the data and have a usable laptop going forward.

Solution
Yes, drive is bad, or going bad.

Try running chkdsk /r.

If that doesn't solve the problem I would do a clean install of everything on the new SSD, then move across any important individual files at the file system level, rather than trying for a full image of the drive. You might find there are a few corrupted files, but you should get most of it off the drive.

I ran chkdsk, it did not fix the problem, the clone still fails. I downloaded and ran clonezilla, but I have absolutely no idea what any of it meant. Things were the wrong size or could not be found, so it kept asking for enter prompts, then stopped. I do not have a desktop computer or another laptop. I cannot upload ninety gigs of files to the cloud. I'm about at the point where I'll just buy another laptop and copy files over by thumb drive until the hdd gives out. I have never changed a drive before and have no idea on how to do it with one that is failing. It took me twenty minutes of reading online just to see how to assign a drive letter to the new ssd after I formatted it.
