HDMI arc converter

Does a HDMI arc converter work I have a Sylvania tv that do not support HDMI arc but my Denon receiver does

There is no such thing.

As long as your tv has hdmi sockets you can use the denon fine.

Just use all your source devices into the denon hdmi imputs & your denon hdmi output to the tv.

Yes, there is such a thing, BUT it is designed to take a TV's ARC and pass it to a receivers non ARC input, not the other way around.
