Headphone Buying Dilemma

Hello there. I am going to be purchasing the Logitech g430 gaming headsets on amazon but came across 2 types of prices for it. One is 40 dollars while the other is 60 dollars. However both are pretty much the same but I would like to know are they? What is the difference and if it really matters?

So, I would buy the $40 headphones. The $60 headphones look legit, are being sold by logitech. More people have bought the $40. I know this because it has close to 6,500 reviews. Also, on the logitech site the headphones are selling for $40. Your safe buying the $40, there is no difference from what I can tell.

Look the same to me, both have the same features and 7.1, I'd get the $40 pair.
