Headphone plug broken inside audio jack

How can I disable this audio jack to get sound through my speakers? I'm running windows 8 and have Real-tech Drivers I think.

Open and disassemble the laptop internals until you can gain access to the earphone port, then see if you can push out the broken jackplug from the inside.
