Headphones for music and gaming

Hi,I want to get a headphones for gaming and music, but i can`t deside which to buy.Another isue is that i have a laptop with on board sound card and i don`t know what to buy amp, sound card, DAC.Can you tell me what headphones to buy and should i get amp, sound card or DAC.
My budget is 150 eur.
