Headset has no left or right sound.

My headset has no sound direction when im playing games, i can hear the same sound in both ears. I have had this problem since the beginning of purchasing them but not with other headsets.

You may have bought mono headphones instead of stereo. Mono is where you only hear the same sound out of the left and right side of the headset, where as stereo is where you can hear a different sound out of each side.
If this is not the case, and you're 100% sure you bought stereo headphones, you may have it set somewhere in the settings of your computer to only play mono audio through your headset.
