Question heating issue in asus fx505dt

I have asus fx505dt laptop it's just and one and a half month old and get heated to very high temperature while gaming, I was playing vampyr game it goes up to 97-degree celsius.
and always runs on 3700mhz while gaming even if the CPU usage is as low as 30 percent.
laptop specs are ryzen 5 3550h and gtx 1650 with 8gb ram.
also, help me in undervolting it maybe that can help.

If it is that new there is a problem. It should be under warranty so I suggest contacting the manufacturer.
