hello i can't run gta iv on my laptop

i have a dell inspiron 5567
with i7 16gb ram 4gb amd radeon graphic card and 256gb ssd
the game keeps playing in such low fps that i can't play it
any help?

According to the specs of that laptop, the video card is a low end one, but should handle GTA IV since it's an older game. Have you tried lowering settings?
