Hello I have a Samsung uhdtv 75 inch 8 series mu8000 how can I get the sound and video to come out of my bose 321 system do I need some type of converter?

At first glance, all u need to connect the 2 is via HDMI. Consult manuals.

If your Bose is the original one if doesn't have HDMI-arc.
TV optical audio output to the optical input on the Bose. You need a Toslink digital optical audio cable.
Check the TV manual on how to turn on and configure the output. You may have to turn the TV speakers off and change the audio output type in the TV menu.
