Hello the problem is

Connected from laptop vga to projector.When i plug in vga to the laptop the sound is decreses but when plug out the sound is normal coming my speakers on the ceiling i take sound from their amplifier.please help to solve this problem

VGA interface does not carry audio. You should provide separate audio path (eg from headphones' laptop jack) to the amplifier.
