help about dell laptop!!

hello guys i bought dell inspiron 5537 i7 laptop
CPU:intel core i7 45oou 1.80 Ghz
Ram:8GB
GPU: two graphic card the intel one and the other one is AMD HD 8670 2GB
HDD:1TB
and the games run very poor! like splinter cell blacklist on high and ultra setting i get 11 FPS and on medium 23 FPS is that normal?? cuz i think my laptop should have more performance

It may be running on the integrated graphics, there should be a way to check the graphics adapter in the game settings however the 8670m isn't a gaming card and is only really good for day to day use and light gaming not brand AAA titles like splinter cell blacklist. The gpu that you have is low end. Make sure that the laptop is using the dgpu but I wouldn't push the laptop to play ultra though.
