Help And Feedback On First Build

I bought a laptop about six months ago for $1140, and paid $300 for a warranty that said if it broke beyond repair, I would get my money back in store credit. Sadly, it broke. I now have $1140 in Best Buy Canada store credit, and am planning to build a PC instead of buying a pre-built because I hear it's cheaper. This is my build so far, I will be using it primarily for gaming, and sometimes other day-to-day tasks like homework, watching videos, and surfing the web. I want some feedback, and I really want to know whether I should stick with the unlocked CPU, because I'm not sure if overclocking is worth it. Will it make that big a difference?

if you used a credit card non best buy for the laptop purches. see if you can do a charge back for the cost and warranty. the prices are parts are better on newegg then best buys. if you used best buy card the first issues is the ssd is to small get a 256g ssd or m2 drive. m2 is going to be faster then the older ssd. on the gpu dont go min go with the standard 2 fan/2 slot cards for better cooling in gaming. on the ram go with 3000-3600 speed. intel and ryzen use faster ram. on the power supply look for a good 65ow 550 is the min for your rig.
