Switched TV s audio me from internal audit to external..Used in puts on stereo NO sound. Do I need something else to convert signal from older Samsung est 15 year old TV for stereo input help

Ur english is barely understandable but solution is simple matter of matching connections. Analog to analog or digital to digital, and if no match, perhaps inserting a digital-to-RCA (analog) converter.

As jsmithepa says if the TV doesn't have an audio output to match the input on the stereo you will need a converter.
Many TVs require you turn the audio output on in the TV menu. You may also have to turn the TV speakers off and change the audio output type.
