I'm looking for a minor upgrade from my current PC.

It's still works pretty well, however it's falling apart and I need something new.

I'm looking for a pretty basic laptop, mainly used for watching movies, browsing the internet, Microsoft Word + Excel etc. I just want something that's decently fast that's not gonna be all laggy, or be choppy when playing high quality videos. Not currently doing any gaming... may play WoW in the future.

I'm looking at the following:

I'm leaning towards the last one because of the hard drive size and amount of RAM, but I really have no idea which out of those is the best comp.

Are any of those an actual upgrade from my current computer? I have no idea how to compare processors and other specs.

Which one in particular is best suited for my needs? Is the refurbished one worth it?

Thanks for any help!

I agree, #1 and #4 are both refurbished, so there's perhaps more risk of running into some problem with them, and only a 90 day warranty, hence the lower price. #1 has a slightly faster processor and a DVD drive, if you ever use one of those, while #4 has slightly more RAM, and a touchscreen, if you care about that. #3 is very similar to #1, but with only 4GB of RAM, which is not really ideal for a modern laptop.

#2 has a processor that may perform slightly below #1 and #3, but its integrated graphics should perform slightly better. And it has 8GB of RAM, which is good, and both a...

Current one has a major issue with the screen. At certain positions the screen goes all fuzzy (see photo I just took). I'll have to reposition the screen over and over until it connects properly again. And then sometimes it will just go fuzzy again randomly.

Other than that the audio jack is messed up which sucks cause I use it all the time. And physically it's a little damaged.

It looks like it might not have built-in support for bluetooth, which is an odd omission, but if that's the case, support for bluetooth wireless peripherals could always be added with a tiny, inexpensive USB adapter. In any case, #2 seems to have the most well-rounded feature set, at least going by the specifications listed there.
