I'm looking for a laptop. I will be in online school and I want to make sure I can play at least the sims 4 with exansions. I kind of want a backlight keyboard and for it not to be too bulky. Budget isn't really an issue because I'll be getting a student loan for the laptop. Thanks!

I recommend the following Dell Inspiron 15 i7559; it is the laptop that I have and it is currently on sale for $650. I originally debuted for $800. Quad core i5-6300HQ, 1080p IPS screen, nVidia GTX 960m 256GB SSD and of course backlit keyboard. At this price it is basically the best bang for your buck you can get.

This was more or less the entry level gaming laptop to buy when the GTX 960m was released. The newer GTX 1050 is now considered minimum GPU to get in an entry level gaming laptop, but of course it costs more ~ $850. It is definitely more than capable of playing the Sims 4...

Battery life is pretty good; I get roughly 7 hours based on average daily usage; no games.
