Help finding a smart watch for needs.

I need a smartwatch that can open apps on the watch. I know apple watch 2 and 3 does this but they are very expensive. Are there any other smart watches to do this?

What apps in specific are you looking for? I use Fossil Q wander and it pretty much opens all the necessary apps like contacts, messenger apps, google apps, you can text your reply, receive your calls and talk as they have the inbuilt speaker. I think even moto 360 have the same features too.
