Hi guys,

I know this probably typical question in here, but really i need input from everyone, after saving some money buying wrong laptop is the least thing i want

Summary : I need laptop i can bring to go when i am not around my pc for a simple designing when needed, i am web designer so heavily using photoshop and illustrator mostly, what i need to mention here i am a very petite girl, so heavy laptop is not my best choice since it gave me back pain travelling with it, kind of dilemma because i see many good laptop with great features and its mostly more than 2.5kg

So here are the details :

Brand : i dont have preferences
Processor : I'd choose i7 but i5 also great
Budget : $1000
Ram : 4gb - 8gb
Vga : honestly i have no idea what would be the best for me
Gaming : no, i am not gonna have time at all :'(
Width : 14"-15"
Hdd : +500gb
Optical drive : not important at all
How long i want to keep the laptop : top 2.5 years
Weight : would be great if its under 2kg, but if i need to compromise with great machine and extra 2 ounce, i can live with that

I live in asia if thats help, see a post ask you should mention this

I guess thats it, i keeping an eye for fujitsu U772-3687U it does meet my expectation but not sure with the graphic card, but asus zenbook series also very tempting

Can anybody share their opinion? And many thx in advance

Although this is made for gaming, it will do fine for your needs http://www.amazon.com/GL551JW-DS71-15-6-Inch-Gaming-Laptop-GTX960M/dp/B00T7XRH2A? (999 dollars)
specs:
Intel Core i7-4720HQ 2.6 GHz Processor
16 GB DDR3 RAM; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M
1TB HDD Storage; DL DVD±RW/CD-RW
15.6 inches 1920*1080 pixels LED-lit Screen
Windows 8 Operating System; Red/Black Chassis
15.6-Inch FHD Display (1920x1080). NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M 2G GDDR5 Discrete Graphics.
Intel Core i7-4720HQ 2.6 GHz (turbo to 3.6GHz). 16 GB RAM
1 TB 7200 RPM Hard Drive.
very impressive i7 cpu, 960m 2gb gpu, 16gb ram and weighs 2.7kg, worth it! :)

And those 2 laptops you were looking at (Fujitsu and asus zenbook) both have bad specs, they may have an i5, but it's only dual core and runs at 1.7-1.9ghz ish , the graphics is integrated graphics and not worth the price, you are better off with these 2 : http://www.apple.com/mac/compare/results/?product1=macbook-air-13&product2=macbook-pro-13 although I wouldn't recommend apple but the macbook air 13" ($999) and the macbook pro ($1099) both have better specs, so go for either of these 2 if you don't want a gaming laptop... :)

No I'm talking about the Asus RoG gaming laptop ($999), it has i7 4720HQ and a gtx 960m 2gb, 16gb of ram, you maybe got confused between the links so here it is again : http://www.amazon.com/GL551JW-DS71-15-6-Inch-Gaming-Laptop-GTX960M/dp/B00T7XRH2A?
