help!! galaxy s4 deleted my baby's first videos! !

I was uploading my videos from my galaxy s4 to the drive app and deleting them off my phone as they uploaded... the phone froze half way through and now I have non of my daughters fists videos any ideas other than cost affective suggestions? ??

Don't keep single copies of files, copy files to computer, then sync to cloud storage, don't delete the original files.
