Hi,
I have a galaxy s4 and for some reason the right side of the screen color and brightness is more accurate then the left. Is this normal? Or is it like this with all Galaxy S4. I'll upload a picture soon. thanks!

Have you dropped it or damaged it at all?

Also, where did you buy it from? Just show it to them and get a replacement. As long as you haven't voided your warranty, they should see that and give you a replacement in an instant.

Hope that helps!

Hi I have never dropped it or damaged it. I never had void the warranty before either. I brought it there and they told me that they can't see any problem with it, I then showed them an example with the chrome app, they said that's just the app. Which most probably means they saw it. They had told me it costs 50 dollars to inspect it but the thing is, I doubt they can fix it because it's New Zealand... They'll just tell me it's normal and take my 50 and you never know if I get my phone back looking worse than it was.. Sadly, I can't get an instant replacement as I've had it for too long (5 months). I bought this from Noel Leeming in New zealand. :(

Wow that's really lame. That was your carrier? They shouldn't charge $50 to inspect it, I don't think whoever you talked to is honest or even legit.

Try contacting Samsung New Zealand support: http://www.samsung.com/nz/support/main/supportMain.do

They should be honest and help you.

Hope that helps!
