Help get onto the BIOS menu

I have an ASUS x550c which when i started up it came up with the BIOS, I selected a USB to reboot from and now it cant find the USB and none of f keys are bringing up the BIOS menu. Please help i really need this for Uni work thanks

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by doing a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug its AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then try if BIOS will load or not.
- If it doesn't work remove the CMOS battery that's inside the laptop then put it back in to reset the BIOS settings.
- Once done, do test if it will load in BIOS after all these steps.
