Hello, Can you help me get rid of this message? I clicked F1 it doesn't work. I can't get into anything.

it mean the hard drive fail.

If your windows will not start, saying not boot device found, you should try the diagnostics software from the disk manufacturer:

http://storage.toshiba.com/storage-services-support/warranty-support/software-utilities

You may have to make a boot CD with the DOS utility or remove the drive from your laptop and attach it to another computer to use the windows utility.

Or you could buy a new drive and load the operating system yourself.
