Help: Home Theatre w/ Bluetooth and what Streaming Media to use

First of all, thanks for taking the time. This is a two part question:

1) I am looking for a new home theatre set up, and I am having trouble finding what I would like. I live in Canada, I have an LG 60PN6500 TV and I will be hooking up an Xbox One in addition to whatever system I get.

I would like a system that can meet the following, preferably in a single package:

~ 5.1 or 7.1 sound system. I don't need anything overly powerful, but clear and accurate would be nice for gaming, music, and movies. I currently have an older one with 5.1 and 1080P DVD.
~ If it can save on price, I do not need any kind of disc player, because I have the Xbox One
~ Radio Antennae.
~ Bluetooth connectivity to mobile devices, for the purpose of streaming media from my phone/tablet to the home theatre. I like the idea of coming home, syncing my phone, and being able to continue listening to whatever I was listening to in the car.
~ Media Streaming from Apps like Netflix. Ideally the apps would come pre-loaded.

Can anyone suggest a system, or let me know if I am being silly (if I am you won't hurt my feelings)?

2) Living in Canada my choices for streaming TV are limited. I currently have netflix that I watch throughout the house on Xbox 360's and wireless devices, but can anyone suggest a streaming media service or app that would allow me to stream from a selection of more standard channels (ie: Canadian channels like CBC, or others like HBO, AMC, Food Network, etc).

Ideally this service would work with the system from part 1 above (I'm even hopeful one could possibly be pre-loaded). I have seen several advertised, but I am a little late moving into this type of entertainment and I don't have any experience with them.

Okay first of all I can't help on the streaming part. So someone might know what is best for you. But I will gladly help on your home theatre setup.

Regarding your home theatre you didn't provide us with the most important piece of information - budget. Let's discuss what you want. There are two routes to take when choosing a home theatre 1) choosing the components separately or 2) all in one package (HTIB). The first route means you have to choose your speakers, sub woofer and av receiver separately. But the pay off is sound quality will blow away most cheap HTIB (home theatre in a box) and you won't have to worry about if failing.
In contrast HTIB's are cheaper and easier to setup (just plug and play) but features and sound quality are limited. The other thing is if one part fails, you're pretty much in deep water when it comes to replacement and what not (it can be a hassle).

The reason budget is important is we can see what route is best for you. So if you may?

If the Xbox One does not offer enough options then you could use a Roku or Western Digital TV Media Live for additional streaming options. I suspect that the Xbox One will have more streaming options as time goes on since MS wants it to be the total gaming and media solution.
For good quality audio within your approximate price range I would do a separate receiver such as Onkyo, Denon or Marantz with Paradigm speakers. You should be able to do a 5.1 for that price. Don't worry about the 7.1 as most people do not have room arrangements that make it an improvement. You could add 2 more speakers later if you wanted.
If the receiver does not have bluetooth connectivity you can add a bluetooth receiver such as this:
