Help! I think my laptop's graphics card is dying!

I'm getting lots of weird textures popping in and out of black ops 3 with them moving all over the place and then in Naruto ninja storm 3 full burst i get this rainbow line across my screen.

if have or can borrow an external monitor to see if that problem shows up on it or not.

If it works fine on the display does that mean the laptop screen is broken or also the gpu? Ill try it out now.

Right i've tried the monitor and same result, seems like the gpu might be dying on my laptop. Just got it a few days ago

if brand new then it is under warranty so return it for replacement.

will do, was just double checking as did not want to take an unwanted hour journey to our nearest PCWorld. I guess it will be worth it once this issue is resolved. Thank You.
