Help me charge my laptop!

In college, my roommate dropped my Toshiba laptop, causing the side of my laptop to crack open. After some time, the piece that I would connect my adapter into, totally fell off. Being that I can't connect the charger now.. I'm searching for a device that I can plug my laptop battery into for it to charge. Is there any such thing? And if there is, where can I find one?? I'd very much rather invest in that sort of device and not another laptop at this moment.

the power jack is what fell off so needs to be replaced as only other way to charge your battery is in an identical laptop.
